Liverpool WAG Alex Curran proved that even models can have a bad hair day, when she attempted to hide her blonde locks from photographers.
The 26-year-old beauty emerged after a two hours session from her favourite salon Jane Fullerton in Liverpool, determined to conceal her hairdo.
Wearing a grey Velour tracksuit and trainers, the 26-year-old used a child car seat to cover up her normally well-coiffured look.
The wife of Liverpool and England midfielder Steven Gerrard, ran to her luxury silver Bentley for a quick getaway to avoid waiting snappers.
Husband Steven, meanwhile, was involved in the England World Cup qualification away match against Kazakhstan.
Gerrard even helped England on their way against the eastern European minnows, when his cross found Gareth Barry at the far post to head in the first goal.
An onlooker said: "Alex tried to wear a hoodie at first before she came out the salon, but changed her mind and used the car seat instead to hide her hair.'
'It caused a bit of commotion too.'
'Two drivers even crashed into each other right outside the hairdressers, when she came out, trying to see what was happening and who was being photographed.'
'She may of been shy today, but she looks stunning anyway, even when she's having a bad hair day.'
